Mrs. Plushbottom is an eldery opera-singing woman and a apartment neighbor of Ted, who gets splashed-painted-on in a tub by George.
She is also a material grandmother of Vanessa in Curious George 4: Ted's Great Adventure (which she will make her cameo appearance).

Her original voice was portrayed by Joan Plowright (in the 2006 film), and later Susan Silo (in Ted's Great Adventure film).
