Hal Houston is the captain/leader of the Global Space Agency, who trains "space monkey" George into a space mission, but goes on a headquarters with his assistant Tech Andrew when an anxious Ted goes solo to find his monkey. He only appears in Curious George 3: Back to the Jungle.
His voice was portrayed by John Goodman, who also voiced other characters in films like Rex from We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story, Pacha from The Emperor's New Groove, James P. Sullivan from Monsters Inc, Baloo from The Jungle Book 2 and Big Daddy LaBouff from The Princess and the Frog.
